Shared tier introduction

As the Sei network experiences increased congestion and public infrastructure struggles to keep pace, maintaining an infrastructure that is reliable and consistent is no easy feat, entailing both costs and management time. In light of this, our Shared RPC Access tier emerges as the ideal solution for teams aiming to provide a seamless launch experience during the minting phase or those that are developing tools like indexers, monitoring systems, analysis interfaces, and any other blockchain-related service that doesn't require ultra-low latency but still require consistency for optimal functioning.

Nevertheless, we aim to scale the infrastructure in accordance with incoming requests. Consequently, it cannot be ruled out that this solution may also be suitable for on-chain activities carried out through high-precision bots.

Unlike the Hodler tier, in this initial phase, we do not impose a fixed limit on daily requests. Instead, we willingly collaborate with the requester to define a rate limit that best meets their needs, preventing wastage of resources on both ends.
