Hodler tier introduction

This is one of our ways to express gratitude to the entire Sei Stoics community that has been supporting us since day one. Every token holder is eligible for free, lifetime access to our community RPC infrastructure. As this is intended as a pure end-user service, access is limited to 10 requests per second with a maximum of 150,000 requests per week. The intention is to provide a valid alternative to public infrastructure, aiming for better performance in activities with high participation, such as NFT minting or the launch of new tokens.

As this service aims to be responsive to the evolving needs of the community and the dynamic nature of the space, request rates and quotas may be subject to adjustments. These adjustments are necessary to strike a balance between providing a quality service and preventing abuses that could adversely affect the experience of community members.

Therefore, we encourage all community members to share their feedback on the Discord server and open support tickets if they encounter any bugs or issues. We will do our best to respond to all reports and resolve problems as quickly as possible.
